7.1 Parent and Kid Accounts

To ensure a safe environment, our application features separate, independent login experiences for Parents and Kids:

• Kids Login & Screens: When children log in, they are directed to an independent, kids-safe experience designed specifically for drawing, arts, and crafts. This environment operates independently, restricts access to administrative controls, prevents unauthorized external sharing, and does not collect or request personal contact details.
• Parents Login & Screens: Parents are provided with their own separate interface to manage accounts, oversee their child's activity, adjust safety preferences, and access billing/account settings.

7.2 Collection of Information from Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. All account registration and setup must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information immediately from our servers.

7.3 Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAE and CSAM

In accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards, Creioo has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) within the Creioo - Kids Art & Craft application. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, posting, sharing, or transmitting any such material or engaging in harmful behavior towards children. Any violation will result in the immediate termination of the user's account, permanent removal of all associated content, and direct reporting of the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies.
