These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Creioo website, mobile applications (specifically "Creioo - Kids Art & Craft" and "Creioo - Kids Art & Craft Studio"), services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Services.

- Upload, post, share, or transmit any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). Creioo has a strict zero-tolerance policy for CSAM and CSAE. Any user found sharing or hosting such material will have their account immediately terminated, their content removed, and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, and other materials used in the Services (“Content”) are owned or licensed by Creioo. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Content without written permission.
9. User-Provided Content
By posting content through the Services:
- You grant Creioo a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, display, and distribute your content.
- You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to post it.
