Creioo – Child Safety Standards Policy

Creioo is a child-focused creative platform designed with safety as its core foundation — ensuring a secure, controlled, and parent-supervised environment for children to explore art and creativity.

Section 1 – Overview

Creioo (specifically the mobile application "Creioo - Kids Art & Craft" operated by Creioo) is a child-focused creative platform designed with safety as its core foundation. The platform ensures a secure, controlled, and parent-supervised environment for children to explore art and creativity. These published standards apply to all users of the Creioo - Kids Art & Craft application.

Section 2 – Child Safety Principles

Creioo is built upon the following non-negotiable child safety principles:

No harmful or inappropriate content
No direct communication with strangers
No personal data exposure
Full parental control and supervision

Section 3 – Account Structure & Parental Control

Creioo uses a dual account system to maintain strict separation between child and adult experiences:

Parent Account (Full Control): Parents and guardians manage account setup, safety settings, content approvals, and billing. The parent interface is separate and independent from the child experience.
Child Account (Restricted): Children are directed to a dedicated, kid-safe creative environment for drawing, arts, and crafts. This environment restricts access to administrative controls and external sharing.

Parents must approve all activities including posts, interactions, and usage.

Section 4 – Content Safety & Moderation

Creioo follows a human-first moderation system:

4.1 Pre-Publication Review: All content is reviewed before being made visible to other users.
4.2 Parent Approval: Parents must approve every post before it is published.
4.3 Internal Moderation: Manual review of flagged or randomly selected content is conducted regularly.
4.4 Reporting System: Content can be reported and reviewed within 24 hours of submission.

Section 5 – Communication Restrictions

To protect children from harmful interactions, Creioo enforces the following communication restrictions:

No private messaging between users
No external links within the child interface
No voice or video chat features
Only predefined comments and emojis are allowed

Section 6 – Data Protection

Creioo minimizes data collection in accordance with COPPA, GDPR-K, and PIPEDA requirements. The following personal data types are not collected from children:

Full name
Phone number
Home or physical address
Location sharing or GPS data

All data that is collected is encrypted and securely stored. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Section 7 – Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAE and CSAM

Creioo has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) within the Creioo - Kids Art & Craft application. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, posting, sharing, or transmitting any such material or engaging in any harmful behaviour towards children.

Any violation will result in:

Immediate permanent termination of the user's account
Permanent removal of all associated content
Direct reporting of the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies

Section 8 – Ads & Monetization

Creioo is currently ad-free. If ads are introduced in the future, the following rules will apply without exception:

Only family-safe, age-appropriate ads will be shown
No behavioural targeting will be used
Parents will have full control over ad preferences

Section 9 – Anti-Bullying Policy

Creioo maintains a zero-tolerance policy for the following behaviours:

Bullying of any kind
Harassment directed at any user
Hate speech or discriminatory content

Violations will lead to immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Section 10 – Screen Time & Wellbeing

Creioo promotes healthy digital habits for children through the following features:

Screen time controls managed by parents
Break reminders to encourage offline activity
Healthy usage encouragement throughout the app

Section 11 – Compliance

Creioo - Kids Art & Craft complies with the following child safety regulations and platform policies:

Google Play Families Policy
COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)
GDPR-K (General Data Protection Regulation for children)
PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act)

Section 12 – Data Retention & Deletion

Parents can request complete account deletion at any time by contacting support@creioo.com
Inactive accounts may be removed after an extended period of inactivity
User data is never sold to any third parties
